Media-Shark was founded in 1999 by Judson Cooper and started under the name WebsitezPlus. We began by offering affordable website solutions to small businesses and individuals who could not afford the high prices charged by medium to large sized website design firms.
In August 2001, we changed our name to JNT Computer Specialists to encompass our computer service. At this time we began to offer our clients added services such as computer hardware upgrades & repairs, database creation, data entry and computer training and design services such as printed media design, catalogs and brand id creation. Our clientele focus was still small businesses and individuals seeking inexpensive alternatives to larger design firms.
In 2003 JNT Computers started to expand our focus to businesses outside our local area and contracted clients from all across the United States and around the world. We also increased our market focus to larger businesses and incorporated technologies such as PHP and MySQL database functionality and the use of strict CSS standards.
In the Spring of 2007 the business was incorporated under the name JNTWebDesigns and we began to expand our services globally, securing clients in Spain, England, Australia and other countries across the globe.
We began to grow our design and internet services to include logo and print design, search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaign management, social media marketing and other multimedia offerings. It was in 2009 that JNT WebDesigns merged with SWK Hosting to form Media-Shark Web, Programming and Media to market our wide array of services.
Throughout our company’s existence, we have focused on client satisfaction, offering professional services at affordable prices. We have always worked to find the best possible solutions for our clients that fit within their budgets and worked to help our clients succeed in their online endeavors.
